- User-Submitted Media: When you use the analysis features, we collect the photos, videos, and audio files you voluntarily submit through the camera capture or upload screens.
- Subscription and Payment Information: When you purchase a subscription or token pack, payment is processed by Apple (App Store), Google (Play Store), or Stripe (web). We receive transaction confirmations but do not store credit card numbers.
- Communications: Information you provide when contacting us for support, feedback, or other inquiries.
b. Automatically Collected Information
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers.
- App Version: The version of the application you are using.
- Log Data: Usage logs, access times, pages viewed, and interactions with the Services.
- Approximate Location: General geographic location derived from your IP address.

- To perform AI-assisted analysis on user-submitted media

User-submitted media is retained only as long as necessary to provide the requested analysis or operate the Services. Media and derived data may be deleted automatically after processing or upon user request.

- Third-Party AI Services: When you initiate an analysis, BehaviorCam sends your uploaded media (photos, video frames, and audio) to the following third-party AI providers:
- Google (Gemini API) — processes images and video for visual behavioral analysis, emotion detection, and body language assessment.
- OpenAI (GPT and Whisper APIs) — processes audio for transcription and voice stress analysis, and powers follow-up question responses.
- Payment Processors: Subscription and purchase transactions are handled by Apple, Google, or Stripe depending on your platform. We share only the information necessary to process your payment.
- Trusted Service Providers: We may share information with other third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Services, subject to confidentiality obligations.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required to do so by law, regulation, or legal process.
- Protection of Rights and Safety: We may share information to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, our company, or the public.
