How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

On iOS, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions to manage or cancel. In the app, tap your profile icon and select "Subscription" to view your plan details. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

How do I restore my purchases on a new device?

Open the app, go to the subscription screen, and tap "Restore Purchases." This will recover any active subscriptions or token packs linked to your Apple ID.

What are tokens and how do they work?

Tokens are used for each analysis you run. Photo analysis costs 1 token, and video analysis costs vary by length. Your tokens refresh each billing cycle based on your subscription tier, or you can purchase additional token packs.

How accurate is the analysis?

BehaviorCam uses advanced AI models to provide probabilistic behavioral assessments. Results are for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be used as definitive truth or deception determinations. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for more details.

How do I delete my data or account?

Visit our Data Deletion page to request deletion of your analysis data or entire account. You'll receive a verification code via email to confirm the request.

Is my data private and secure?
